Have you ever made Sourdough bread? I have not tried to make bread in a machine, but this recipe was adapted to utilize sourdough starter and a bread machine. I know that bread machines have been around for a long time, but I still use my standing mixer for all of my baking as able.
It looks interesting to try and for those with a bread machine, it has already been adapted. The ingredients are so simple too that it is easy to keep it kosher, vegetarian, vegan, and dairy-free.
I have not tried this recipe, but always enjoy seeing what others accomplish. It is time consuming, but the step by step instructions are very helpful. What do you think? Thank you for letting me share.

Years ago I used a bread machine to mix the dough, but then took it out to shape and let rise. Never tried sourdough though

I have never used a bread machine. I actually used to make challah by hand for many years and then I was gifted a KitchenAid…..it has worked for me so far. 🙂
